The Inner Art of Contacting Yoga

I loved how Tara Guber wove the understanding of deep relationship wisdom into the understanding of this powerful partner yoga. It gave me an insight into the postures and as I practiced them with my husband, I also thought about the wisdom and anchored that in my heart and body. This is the best partner yoga book that I have found. I have taught yoga for many years including "date night" yoga so I'm frequently looking for new books to get fresh ideas for class. CONTACT is beautifully photographed and written for the yoga mat or the coffee table.

Great Partner Yoga Book!

Amazing book! Not only is it artistically beautiful, the poses are fun and challenging. If you're already a yoga buff and are looking to find a book with good partner poses, then this is a great buy.

"Contact" is a picture book

This book has beautiful pictures. The text is interesting but scanty. I would have liked more detail on the principles of the poses and how to actually do them. Many of the poses shown are beyond what the average practitioner can do.
