This precious book is a collection of wisdom from the Supreme Master Ching Hai, in response to Her disciples' search for the Truth and the general public's quest for answers. These excerpts of supreme wisdom relating to spiritual practice, life, love, happiness or philosophy, touches the very source of our spiritual nature that brings us enlightenment and heavenly bliss. A rare nectar to our soul, this book is an essential companion in our spiritual journey.

This book contains many of Supreme Master Ching Hai's profound quotes culled from lectures, and question and answer sessions with her disciples or people at her public lectures. For about a year, some blessed angel in the Supreme Master Ching Hai International Association would email one of Her

each day. I loved coming into work and going through my day, knowing I had this gift in my email box to open up and uplift me. It was like savoring the knowledge that I had a piece of candy I could eat later -- after a certain set of meetings were over, or some document was turned into my manager. And while the aphorisms are no longer being emailed out once a day, we can now enjoy many of them in this book. For me, I love the ones that encourage us to remain practical and true to ourselves as we blaze a spiritual path through our mundane lives.
