I have taken the Hooponopono workshops many times and also know Dr. Ihaleakala personally. When I read this book so many things clicked for me and now I have a better understanding what I need to do in my life in order to live a happy and fulfilling life. The reviews written of dissatisfied people who aren't happy with this book is because they expect an analytical and logical answers explainig how to live to their full potential. Like it says in the book, it's so simple, but our memories make it hard for us to understand how easy it is to be free of everything that makes us unhappy. "THANK YOU".

Healing for the Spirit

Zero Limits contains a powerful healing tradition that has become the mantra that hums in my consciousness every day now. In reading the book and practicing the Ho Oponopono healing method, I find that I can personnally take responsibility for painful circumstances within my awareness and diffuse them.
