Quiet Strenth

Very inspiring! I bought it as a gift for my 15 yr. old grandson. When it came I thought I'd read a little bit of it. I could not put it down and had the whole book completed in two days. Every one, especially young men, that reads this will be given many pointers to living a "winning life". Thank you Lord for men like Tony Dungy!

Yeah God

Coach Dungy did an awsome job of sharing his faith and the journey he was on with a story that is totally blessed. I am so grateful that he wrote it and will be sharing it with everyone I can. He gives God all the glory and had his circumstances set up where you would have a hard time not believeing that God had given him favor. One of the best books I have ever read and appreciate the life and testimony that Tony put to print. Well done good and faithful servant.

Dungy

wonderful man great book
He shares so much, his faith, family, life and sports.

A Class Act

I knew that Tony Dungy was a great coach, but I didn't know what an amazing human being he is until I read this book. As a sports fan, it was interesting to learn more about his football strategies, but there's much more here.

He really embodies what I consider a great leader to be. I think his ideals to sticking with what he believes in are things that we should all strive to uphold. He treats people with class, and he's the type of coach and person that I would want to play for, or work for.

I think anyone in a leadership position would benefit from this book. It shows that you don't have to be rude, and yell at people to get results. If you clearly articulate your objectives, and continue to remind everyone of these goals, you can achieve success.

I think it's unfortunate that some people will be turned off because of the religous beliefs he talks about throughout the book. Even if you don't believe in his religion, I think the "quiet strength" message is very important.

Great Insight...Great Book

This is an inside look at a life that honors God. It doesn't matter if you believe or not, you can relate to the struggles and triumphs of Tony Dungy's life. The leadership exhibited and the decision making processes are great examples to follow. Even if your are just an NFL fan it is fun to get a behind the scenes tour of a high profile coach and his journey to the Superbowl.
