The best cookbook!

even though I have a fairly extensive cookbook collection, I always seem to reach for this one! It's as comprehensive as Joy of Cooking (except it doesn't cover squirrel...) but has a gourmet flair. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT

You should have this book

This is a great resource for any kitchen. I've given one as a gift, and will buy one for the cottage. Lot's of good basic recipes, and they turn out! I haven't been disappointed by one of these folks' recipes yet. Easy to follow directions.

Love this book. Can't say enough. It has alot of learning as well as recipes. I take it when I have my pedicure just to read. Really enjoy it.

Very Comprehensive Cookbook with Useful Cooking Tips and Lots of Pictures

I bought this cookbook for a friend as a gift. After browsing through it, I decided to buy it for myself. I liked the idea that all the recipes were tested and tried, and along with the recipes there were recommendations for various products which had been tried by the testers.

I highly recommend this book for anyone...from the beginner cook to the gourment.. it has everything.

I love this cookbook, it is easy to follow and they use everyday ingredients. I own over 60 cookbooks and this is one of my favorite.
