highly recommended

Brilliant colors, sharp clear image

Unbelievable for the price. Couldn't ask for more -- even my techie friends were amazed and ready to turn in their high end projectors for this great little machine. I use it for showing DVDs of movies for family and friends and it's perfect for that. I've only had it a few weeks, so don't know the longevity, but so far it's a winner.

Great Product and Great Price

I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a projector and was thrilled to find this ViewSonic (especially on sale). My office uses it for presentations and it works perfect. It is easy to use and the quality is great for doing our PowerPoints and Internet education videos. I have used a more expensive projector in the past and I truly like this one better. I highly recommend this product.

Great, but no zoom!

For the price, this is a great buy. Super bright, clear picture. Lightweight (a little big, but not bad). My only gripe is there is no zoom lense, so you need to move the projector back and forth to get it to fit the screen. I'm still happy with it, just miss the zoom.

Fantastic projector. The picture quality is excellent and for the price, you can't beat it. When we bought it we were sceptical about the picture quality. We've had a few projectors in the past and in my experience you got what you paid for, so we always went with the high end. The picture quality of the viewsonic is up there with the higher end models. The only thing it lacks is a zoom feature. We use it for everyday TV and movie watching. Great projector and would definitely recommend. Note: If using it for TV, there is a slight lag when changing channels, it only takes a second or two but there is a definite lag while it searches for the connection, not a big deal if you're not in a hurry.
