Like to use fresh lime/lemon juice? You'll love this!!
I just got it and love it!!! No more mess or splashing, and saves on hand fatigue too since its so heavy and hardworking. One helpful tip: not only cut the fruit in half before you put it cut side down in the
juice
r, but score the edges of the cut half in just a few spots too. That will help the lime/lemon to be flattened out inside of it, and therefore juiced completely!! Great product!! (P.S. I reviewed this a year ago so I decided to add a new footnote: after 1 yr of use, with limes, lemons and oranges, it continues to work great and the handles never bent! I STILL love it!)

Works great
This is a good example of a simple tool that works well.
Pop in a Lemon, Lime or small orange half and the
juice
flows right out. Remember to put the cut side of the fruit toward the holes so the juice come out the bottom. Seems backwards at first but it makes sense as it basicly turns the fruit inside out.
This works amazingly better than juicing by hand, and I am large guy ;)
After juicing it's good to clean it up soon, it's alot easier use very hot water because wax from the
citrus
peel tends to get stuck on it and makes cleaning difficult.
I like the
stainless
, it looks modern compared to the other cast
press
es, and cleans up much more easily.
Only problem is the limited size of fruit that can be used with it, only small oranges and forget about grapefruits. Need a bigger one for those anyway to get more leverage. But I am only using it for mixed drinks, and I mostly want lemons and limes for that so works great for me.

Excellent press for smal critrus
This
press
squashes the seeds and pulp into the rind and the
juice
runs out through holes in the bottom but mostly over the top. It can be used on small oranges tangerines or cuties; but is not designed for large fruit. It is easy enough to operate for folks with arthritis or weakness in the hands.
put the lime in the coconut ...
Saves time, energy, and cleans easily. I often make large batches of ceviche requiring 12 - 20 limes. You can squeeze 24 lime halves in record time with very little energy expended. Works great for lemons also. A quick rinse is generally all that is need to clean. Sturdy construction is a major plus.

A Tight Squeeze
The quality of this
citrus
press
is very good - heavy guage
stainless
steel
, restaurant quality. I just wish that it were a bit larger. It works well for small limes, but it takes extra steps to get all the
juice
out larger limes and lemons.
