Henckel Knife Set

This is my second set of Henckels in 17 years and I love them as much as the first set. They come with a life time warrenty and the company has replaced two knives in the past 16 years, for free, when the tips bent. These products really are life time covered!!

Excellant purchase

For the price these knives are an excellant value. I have paid for one knife twice what this entire set cost. They are a new staple in my kitchen.

Sharp for the money.

Not in the same league as my Twin signature German Henckels knife set, but they are sharp and look nice. Polished stainless with molded handles. Made in Japan not China as one reviewer said.Nice gift for someone with a drawer of junk knives.

Very Basic

The knives arrived quickly. These are the most basic knives you can get and are really nothing special. I got them because I had just moved and didn't have any knives at all. Ever try to cut raw chicken with a dinner steak knife? It's not pretty, but is pretty much the same as using one of these. These are okay for the price and good when you have nothing at all. I suggest, however, that if you are not desperate and just need a few good knives, go to Wal-Mart or Target. You can do better.
