Nice! As advertised!

Pizzaazz works as advertised! Its a snap to set up, use, clean, and store . . . and does a superior job cooking/reheating pizza. No more wasted time and gas (or electricity) using a conventional oven, and no more (fast, yet) far-from-appetizing microwaved reheating. I recently tested this with 5-day-old leftover pizza (a real challenge) and was very pleased with the outcome.

This is our second machine we have purchased. We gave this one as a gift and they were extremely happy with it. I rate this a 5 star + item. Cooks to prefection and doesn't heat your kitchen like the regular oven.

Great for baking homemade pizzas

I got the Pizzazz as a gift, and I was initially very skeptical that it would be worth using instead of the oven. I am very glad I gave it a try! Frozen pizzas do taste better on the Pizzazz than they do in the oven, mainly because the unit heats from the top and bottom, so the crust is nice and crispy. But a frozen pizza is still a frozen pizza no matter how you heat it. However, I found the Pizzazz is terrific for making homemade pizzas that taste better than most restaurants. Here is my recipe: Buy a pre-made 12" pizza crust (I've seen them at Safeway and Trader Joe's for about $3) and put it on the Pizzazz tray. Pour a bunch of spaghetti sauce on the top (jarred is fine), then spread it with a spoon. At this point place the tray with the pizza on it onto the Pizzazz, being careful to not let the pizza touch the heating coil. Now plug in the Pizzazz and turn the dial to cook top and bottom for the full 20 minutes. WHILE THE PIZZA IS COOKING, add on the remaining ingredients of your choice. This you cannot do when cooking a pizza in the oven! Start with the meat (I get a small package of pepperoni or brown some spicy sausage), then the veggies, and finally sprinkle some grated cheese over the top in the last 5 minutes of cooking just to melt it. One pizza will serve two people.
