The gore is great, and the rape/murder scenes are disturbing. The comedy keeps you laughing, and laugh you will.

Though I could have done without the endless spectacle of the three stupid college pals' friendship, once the mayhem gets rolling in this flick you will have a great time (the close look on the three friends' relationship has its moments, however).

The beginning is surprising, gory and funny (a horror fan's dream), and the ending...well, I'm not going to give it away, but let me just say that you NEVER SAW IT COMING! And the funny thing is, you should have. The ending is, without a doubt, SHOCKING. Buy this movie just for the ending if you have to.

This little gem of the 80s is HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!!

OPITIME OF GRADE-B HORROR

This was one of the cheapest, corniest, cheesiest acting horror movie I have ever owned....I LOVE it!!!!!!! Despite borrowing much from the Texas Chainsaw Massacre (Even so much as borrowing some of the same sets from the film), this movie turned out to have a kind of "I Spit On Your Grave/Last House on the Left" ending. Very funny, yet very morbid and warped entry to the late 70's-early 80's Revenge-genre. Who would have thought an inflatible boob would be a murder weapon? Try to withstand the somewhat boring beginning (however the first scene is worthwhile), because these dumb coeds that you get rather sick of, turn out to be some rump-kickin mamas!

Very disturbing

Despite being a Texas Chainsaw Masacre rip off, This is a pretty good film. In most rip offs, the story is destroyed, the characters are lousy imitations and the movie tends to be predictable. Not so in the case of this one. If anything Mothers day if far more Brutal than Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Its definitely not for children or the faint of heart. The Only thing that makes me like Texas Chainsaw better is the idea that it was possibly based on a true story.
