Cutting Edge and Right On The Money

After trying everything on the market to help my fatigue, I bought this book, started the diet, tried the supplements...and I swear, within three days, I feel better. I don't know if it is all in my head or not but something is working for the first time in years and I bet her theory on copper toxicity and zinc deficiency has something to do with it. I'm totally blown away.

Let's not get too carried away...

OK, copper is important, and we shouldn't have too much of it. Fine. But a whole book about it? Give me a break! There is a lot of interesting information in here, but this topic could be covered in a pamplet!
