One of the most important books I have ever read

I bought this book on a whim having read Chopra's books off and on for years, and also because I need to keep pumping positive ideas and concepts into my head periodically to believe I am actually "evolving". I was very delighted to find that this is not about psyching yourself up to live in a fantasy land that is reserved for sages and gurus. This book is about what is going on right now both inside your body and outside in your reality (which are really both the same). Chropra draws on science and religion to expand on his "secrets" that really just require that you get out of your own way in order to access them. It is living in a dualistic world that keeps us separate from each other, our own divinity, etc. By merely paying attention and accepting responsibility for what is happening in your life, you can access the system that is already within you to create a profound change in your life.
I have already bought 2 more copies to give to friends who like to think about why they might be here and what all this is about. Both of them are also thrilled. So buy this book. Or don't.

Inspiring and thought provoking

I highly recommend this audio series. Dr. Chopra is so concise in his explanations of quantum physics and how life works. If you are into spirituality and/or self awareness you will enjoy this series. I listen to these CDs almost everyday. I have listened to the entire series about 4 times in the last month and continue to hear new information.
If you want to feel more peace with yourself and life, please listen to The Book of Secrets. I want to give this to everyone I know.

Interesting

Some timeless truths in this audio recording. DC helps a person think in a different way. It helps to take a step back and look at one's life in perspective, in a spiritual way.

Another's review

If you haven't reached a level within yourself to which Chopra refers, and if you think in "logic" as did Jeff Schuster who reviewed this book, you cannot recognize the essence that marks this book. If you have not absorbed magic around you which is necessarily absent in "logic", you have not been open to the all encompassing beauty and harmony which enters one's being in times of quiet..... instilling openness, acceptance, discovery.....mystery, and enchantment.
