Well now what really is there to say? For what the book is it is amazing. But to be fair, for what the book or journal is, it's trouble. For the sheltered child this story is hell, and for the experinced child or teen this is something amazing. The tail of a young girl's desperation to be accepted not just by someone in perticular but by anyone anywhere is heart wrenching. He acceptance into the drugged out losers and outcasts led to one short roller coaster ride into non-excistance.

Go Ask Alice reads like an instruction manual on how to destroy your life and everyone around yous life in a matter of months. For the sheltered child or teen who has never heard the horrid tails of drugs and such this will be the most exciting thing ever but maybe too exciting causing way too much curiosity in the process.

For the experinced teen or child who has not been totally living under a rock this is a book that many a teen can relate to in one way or another. Go Ask Alice was a journal that had to be published, it had to be shown to the world because while everyone tests the water now and then it is important to realize how easy it is toget caught in the under-tow and drowned.

Go Ask Alice is one of the most important non-fiction tails ever told, not just for teens or young adults, Go Ask Alice makes for a captavating read for all ages.

I don't understand how people can give this book bad reveiws. Yes, at times "Alice" does not seem like a "normal" teenager. But that's what made her diary so good. Everyone has a heart, even junkies, whose to say Alice is any exception. When you truly look at the book you can see her and her life so clearly you want reach out and save her. it may seem a little fake to kids in this generation but let us not forget that Alice grew up in the 70's, a much different generation. This book still gives me chills when i think about it, it will stay in my mind forever. I recomend it especially for highschool girls.

when i read the book go aks alice i thoughtnit was great. i would recomend this book to most people but i really think this book is more of a teenager thing than an adult book.that is beacuse this book talks about all the struggles and pressures that teenagers go through.also,it is a real diary that someone wrote so all of the actions she talks about are non-fiction and actually happend.i really belive that this book is awesome becaue of three resons.
1)she is a real person with real problems
2)she is very vivid in her diary and it gives so much info and details
3)she talks about how people start just a little bit of drugs the get adicted to it later on and then cants stop.
so i hope after reading this i hope u decide to read Go Ask Alice by anonymous.
i promise you one thing you wont be able to put this book down untill you finish it.

Loved it

I really thought this book was a great read. Though the story does not follow a typical life of a teenager it shows you a different kind of lifestyle that some people do live through. It exposes some things that are present right in front of our faces that we never believe to be real. The story does a great job of showing how bad things can get while keeping your attention on the reader. This is one of the most initeresting books I have ever read and I would read it again any day.

I recommend this book "Go Ask Alice" by Anoymous because it's an incredible book. Why? Because it has drama.I read this book in a week. I bet that when you read this book you're going to want to read more.I recommend this book for three reasons. First, because it has action. Second, because it gives you a lesson.
