Food for Thought and Body

I got this book as a gift and then I gave it to someone as a gift. It made me think about what I am eating. As a result of the information, not marketing hype, I have made changes to my eating habits. I feel healthier and have lost weight. It is a very good book for those who want to improve their health through food.


a must read for every health conscious person

The China Study is indeed the most comprehensive book on nutrition, health, diseases and well being. Not only is the book informative and educational, it is written in a way that every reader can easily understand the content.

I am particularly impressed with the explanations about the diseases; it is medical knowledge made easy.

I have recommended the book to many friends and relatives and have sent copies to my sons.

After reading the book, I have started a process to gear my diet to a plant-based diet.

Campbell's bold remarks on government, industry and even the health organizations should be publicized for all people to become aware of the reality.

This book was suggested to me as a way I might start thinking of re-evaluating my diet. I was convicted by the research and conclusions and have DEFINITELY re adjusted my diet to minimize the food groups mentioned.
