Silpat

Silpat is the greatest!!! I do a lot of baking, and never have to worry that something will stick when I use Silpat.

GREAT!!

I used the silpat for baking this season. was great for delicate cookies, cresent rolls, and even individual pizzas. A great tool for someone who bakes alot. I only wish that I had bought 2.

How did I bake before Silpat?

I never bake or roast anything without using my silpat sheets. I recently bought 2 for my neighbors as Christmas presents - and they both love them already!

These sheets last forever if taken care of properly - I have one that's 7 years old and counting.

Work great

I'd been meaning to get these for ages and finally got around to it. My only issue now is that my baking sheets don't fit the Silpats. It is convenient to avoid using parchment, and cookies slide off just as well. I followed Martha Stewart's suggestions for cleaning and drying. Seems to work.
