Met all my expectations

The installation went well (Windows VISTA). Running the initial full backup while scheduling incremental backups was very straight forward. I'll probably get another copy and external drive for my wife's computer.

Works as advertised / expected from Acronis

This was purchased to upgrade from Acronis True Image 9. It works flawlessly with Windows Vista.

The automated, scheduled backup feature is fast and reliable. This product is highly recommended for safe,secure and reliable backups.

Cloned Windows XP OS perfectly

Just bought this product a few days ago due to concern that my hard drive was failing and also because I wanted to get a larger hard drive. The program partitioned the new drive and cloned the old one perfectly. It also clones Windows XP SP3 perfectly. I'd say this is the best way to backup your system and settings in case you are worried that you'll lose everything. I think I may keep a clone of this drive as well as incremental backups just as a precaution. I like the fact that you can backup user settings and e-mail separately. The one thing I wish this product offered is Universal Restore so that you can create a drive image to work on any computer. The company sales rep said they might offer it to True Image Home users as an option in a future release.

Performed as Advertised - Already Saved Me

I am an experienced user but not at imaging a drive. It still took me a few tries to get it. Acronis has received great reviews and this product performed as advertised. I am pleased.

This product has already saved me hours on a Vista reinstall (had to reset a new HP to factory)! I'll continue to do baseline images (to step abk to) when I reach stable points as I install software & personalize setings.
