Great danger-free coffee

After nearly killing myself and permanantly scarring a few fingers by breaking my last two glass french presses, I now feel safe again. This press makes a great cup of coffee and will not explode if a gnat lands on it like its glass bretheren.

Bodum French press is wonderful

I really am very happy with this product. Our coffee maker leaked, so we decided to try something new, and I'm glad we did. The coffee tastes great, and is so easy to make. Plus, I don't worry so much about the kids getting hurt, since its not plugged in- unlike a coffee maker with a hot pot of liquid on it. I'd definately recommend this product!

FINALLY!

I gave up French press coffee years ago, as I broke just too many carafes. This steel press is the boss. Holds heat. Doesn't break, and cleanup is easy. Makes a great cup of coffee, once one gets the hang of the best grind size and proper proportions. I just had a cup of my favorite drip coffee and was reminded of why i won't be going back. I also invested in a good electric water heater (with automatic off) to go with this new acquisition, so coffee making in the morning is a breeze. There is nothing better than press coffee IMHO. Try a blend of 1/2 lb Columbian, 1/4 lb dark French, and 1/4 lb Italian.

A quality French press

We are satisfied. Looks nice, does the job. Cleans up easily. If there were a weak point it would be that it dribbles a bit when pooring but it's pretty much a non-issue.

Best looking coffee press

Really like the style. Easy to pour without spilling. Since the insulation isn't the best I suggest that you rinse the container with hot water before placing coffee grounds in. Also, be sure to keep the pot on some type of warm surface if you wish to keep the coffee hot for longer than 25 minutes.
