Fantastic Book!

This book was a gift for a friend who is pregnant with her first child. I heard an interview on NPR's People's Pharmacy and expected the book to great. I was thrilled. It was better than I imagined. My friend loved it too and is excited to apply some of the great advice. I recommend this book to anyone who has children or is thinking of starting a family.

Great Book, every new parent should own a copy.

I thought this book was an excellent source of information for those wanting to live a more "natural" lifestyle. It contains tons of information on product materials, even to the point of being scary as to what we expose our children/family to on a daily basis. I do think, however, that it should be titled to include the entire family and not just baby since most of the infomation in it is not soley directed at baby care. It would make the book more appealing to a larger audience.

Great Guide to Navigating the World of "Natural" Products and Practices

Dr. Greene's book helped me figure out what resources can really make a difference for growing babies. I gave the book to my sister, and she immediately made use of many of the ideas to help her with her boys. Even though they're in different age groups, Dr. Greene's guide helped her figure out what was good for both of them. I'm definitely going to share this with all my friends who are moms.

Great addition to Eco-Friendly Organic Baby gift basket

I bought this to add to an organic baby gift basket I'm giving my brother for his new baby. It looks nice in the basket and I hope he likes it enough to read it. A nice gift idea for new parents.

Good Resources

This is a pretty good book of resources. I bought the book also for a few friends. I feel that a few additional products were omitted, but it is a good book for starters.
