It Really Works..with the right music !

Thanks for the recommendation to Méhdi. This music goes perfectly and I mean perfectly with this CD, I use it during my meditations and it somehow amplifies my positive energy. A True Gem...Google Méhdi and Just go Listen... Click on ... Soothing Music "Music That Sounds The Way Life Should Feel" I have a feeling that you'll be glad you did !

That being said....
This CD really works since it is filled with wonderful meditative imagery and Wayne Dyers voice is so very soothing. I like to listen to this CD a few times each week and I let the images go deep into my subconscious mind. What I like most is that I notice how much better I feel, so I would have to say that this CD is most effective. Change Your Thoughts Meditation: Do the Tao Now is powerfully healing! The meditation was not what I expected. It was along the lines of TM (of the past) The mantra was distracting, not allowing me to focus on the verbage.
