Very Pleased!

Makes floor cleaning quick and easy without chemicals. Saves back, knees, and sweat. Had one scuff mark that previously resisted mop, sponge, and steel wool - steam cleaner made it instantly disappear! What a great product. It works!

I have a tile floor in the kitchen, dining room and bathroom. It is light colored with a wood grain finish which has a lot of little nooks and crannies to catch dirt. For seven years I have tried everything I could think of including Swiffer products, organic cleaners, Windex and good old elbow grease trying to get a floor that looks clean, and more importantly, IS clean and feels clean on my bare feet. I love this product! It uses clean water and the steam is the real ticket in getting the floor clean and sanitary. The terry cloth covers are easy to put on. I throw them is the washer and dryer and they come out without any shrinkage. I wish I would have found this years earlier and I would definitely buy it again. I was so excited about finding it I've recommended it to all of my friends! Thank you Bissell! OH, be sure to soak the filter before attempting to use the steam! They omitted
that piece of information from the directions!

Great Little Steam Mop

I feel good about using this steam mop because of the chemical-free cleaning and re-usable pads. It does a great job on tile floors and is very easy to use/operate.

Works great!

I love my steam mop! I use it on stark white kitchen and bath tile and hardwood floors. The covers go on easily and stay on well. I love that it just uses hot steam and microfiber clothes. The only thing I would change it to make the cord a little longer, but it's not a big deal to move to another outlet when I get to the other end of the eat-in kitchen.

Not so sure about the filter it comes with...I wonder how long it will last. I don't have hard water so I am hoping a long time!

steam mop great/pads not

Bissell 1867-7 Steam Mop Hard-Floor Cleaner, Green TeaTHE MOP WORKS FINE, BUT THE PADS ARE TOO THIN. BOTH GOT HOLES IN ON FIRST USE AND THEN SCRATCHED MY PINE FLOOR.
I SEWED UP SOME ON MY OWN, BUT THEY TOO HAVE HOLES. IS THE PLASTIC TOO SHARP ON MOP HEAD???
