A Very good performance

This was a great ppv.The ladder match stole the show aswell as Undertakers legdrop through the table.Great plancha by Edge. You wont believe the bumps that The Rock and HH Take in the ladder match, being as they are not hardcore wrestlers.Another successful addition to the best series of wwf/wwe ppv's-SummerSlam.

The Highway To Hell

This was actually a decent PPV, with some good matches. Man do I miss the old WWF days, from 1992-1999. The best years of wrestling. I still watch wrestling, but still don't get that same excitement any more. I guess i've gone older now! Anyway this is the card and the results:

Match 1: WWF European Championship
D'lo Brown (Champion) def. Val Venis via. DQ

(Decent match. Funny crowd though, I mean one minute they were cheering for D'lo and then the next they were booing him. I tell you the New York crowds are unpreditable. It reminds me of the time when Sid was getting cheered and Michaels was getting booed at the 1996 Survivor Series)

Match 2: Handicap Tag Match
The Oddities def. Kai-N-Tai via. Pinfall

(Funny match, with plenty of good spots. The Insane Clown Posse suck cos they can't rap to save their lives)

Match 3: Hair vs. Hair Match
X-Pac def. Double J via. Pinfall

(Double J should have got the cover on the 1-2-3 Kid. Oh I mean X-Pac. Anyway it was a decent match for what it was worth. Howard Finkel got his revenge on Double J and the Southern Justice)

Match 4: Mixed Tag Team Match
Edge & Sable def. Marc Mero & Jacqueline via. Pinfall

(Again, Mero doesn't get credit for his althetisim and his wrestling ablilty. All we get is more Sable, who I admit did impress me, but com'on who would believe that she can beat Mero. This was also a young Edge's PPV match appearnce and he certainly impressed that night.)

Match 5: Lion's Den Match
Ken Shamrock def. Owen Hart via. Submission

(I wasn't too sure how Shamrock won, but I think it was submission, because I saw Sevren throwing in the towel. Once again, not a bad match, but I prefered their Dungeon Match in Calgary in Fully Loaded: In Your House. Still there were some good executed moves. Shamrock has always impressed since he walked in the doors of the WWF and Owen also was no exception, he has always impressed me, and I'm talking about before his match with the Hitman.)

Match 6: WWF Tag Team Championships/Handicap Tag Team No Holds Barred & Falls Count Anywhere Match
The New Age Outlaws def. Mankind via. Pinfall

(I was hopping that Mankind would be able to pull off a victory, but all we get is Billy Gunn with his 12340000000 millionth Tag Team Title win. I guess Raven made a point in his interview, "They only give a title for two reasons, one is they give it to you, because they believe you can give the title more creditability or two, because they don't know who else to give the belt to.)

Match 7: WWF Intercontinental Championship/Ladder Match
Triple H def. The Rock

(I'll give credit to both men, that was one hell of a match. What an effort. I was kinda happy that Triple H won, because Iwas kind of getting sick of The Rock having the title, even though I hated DX and felt that HHH deserved the belt. I'll also give The Rock credit, because it takes two to tango)

Match 8: WWF Championship
"Stone Cold" Steve Austin def. The Undertaker via. Pinfall

(Off the charts. This match was unbelievable, with close falls and plenty of highspots, this match was perhaps one of the best in the card. I didn't think this match could top the Ladder Match, but I'll give credit to the Undertaker, because I felt it was his night to win the title since he held up most of the match.)
