I purchased this product after viewing a collection of Cesar's dvd's. They don't provide "How to..." for training a dog to do "Things"(sit, down, etc.) but they are very insightful in understanding how to have a good relationship with your pet as dog and master. The book has helped us get off to a good start with our new puppy.

this book is an inspiration and insight into the life of cesar and the work he does, if you like watchinig his shows you have to read this book. it is one of those books you just can't put down you have to read it to the end.

really enlightening book that helped me understand my dog

cesar's way has really helped me keep my grandpug from barking all the time, and now i am his leader and i decide where we walk and for how long.
reading this book has helped me and my neighbors with their two dogs. i just wish i had the tv channel to watch him at his best. a must have book if you want to change or understand a dogs behavior

great story about cesar, not much about how to train dogs

ok reading but not a lot about training...

Cesar talked a lot about himself, his background, etc. Which is fine, drops a lot of names (repeatedly) and doesn't really get into any training facts. Guess it wasn't what I was looking for.
