Great Little Crepe Maker
Crepe
maker
delivers what it promises... light weight, easy to clean, excellent choice for beginner or an experienced cook. First couple of crepes were a little ragged looking but I got the hang of dipping in the batter tray for no more than 3 seconds and from then on crepes came out looking Good - rolled around fresh strawberries, dab of cinnamon, and whipped cream on top!! Tres Delish.
EASY TO USE
BOUGHT THIS FOR A SCHOOL PROJECT FOR FRENCH CLASS. FIRST TIME COOKING FRENCH FOOD AND THE KIDS DID IT PERFECTLY. THE WHOLE GROUP GOT AN A FOR THE PROJECT!
Nothing better for the money
There may be better
crepe
maker
s out there, but for the money this one can't be beat. It took no time to figure out (well, okay, maybe 2 bad crepes) and it consistently makes excellent crepes. I can make enough for breakfast for 2 in about 5 minutes (I make the batter the night ahead). After breakfast, I use up and remaining batter and freeze the crepes for another day. If you really get into it, you may want something fancier, but I suspect you'd still keep this one around for ease of use.
Oh yes, and it is easy to clean, too! Just wipe it down and put it away...

Works as promised - good product
I decided to get a
crepe
maker
when I saw one at a great price from a department store. I remembered how nice it was when my folks made crepes at home when I was young (using a pan like this one). However, that original "cheap" one was just that - cheap! It was poor quality and came already damaged. It was returned.
THIS ONE, though, IS GOOD. It's sturdy and has a good non-stick cooking surface. It's very easy to use and works as the manufacturer describes. Sometimes the crepes are more browned on one half or the other, but I think it's more "user error" in how I dip it into the batter. Even then, I simply move the crepe over and let the other half brown up. I'm not having any trouble with the batter tray being plastic, like another reviewer wrote. I totally like this product, and my twin 6 year olds enjoy their "exotic pancakes"! I recommend reading the booklet that comes with it, though, as it has useful hints to make everything better; like coating the surface with butter when making sweet crepes so they won't stick.

Make perfect crepes!
This
crepe
maker
was easy to use and very affordable. I bought it for my 14 year old daughter to use to make crepes for her French class. Her and her friend used it very easily and the crepes came out perfect. Clean up was also easy!! We purchased the crepe mixes too and they were delicious!! I would definately recommend this product.
