A Must have

If you own a E30, this is the only one to get! Very easy to understand and follow. It is wealth every cent and more. It is very detailed in every area of the car. also has helpful trouble shooting and maint.schedules. The only two things i do wish where in it more is, coverage on the M3 & more trim and body coverage. there is a body section that does cover a great deal but is missing some small areas in the int. & ext. of the car. But don't get any other manual, because this is the bible for our E30!

The book you need to work on your car yourself. Slightly better price than the online BMW parts stores.

Bentley E46 service/repair manual

I've used Bentley Publishing service manuals since owning my VW Beetle in the 70s. The BMW E30 and E28 manuals have proven to be invaluable, and I can only imagine that the higher complexity of the new-to-me E46 car will lead to me spending many time- & cost-saving sessions pouring over this manual.
