Still a Classic and Unforgettable Tale!
Go
Ask
Alice
was one of those novels that I grew up with remembering quite clearly. As a child who loved to read, Go Ask Alice was one of the best pre-teen novels of my generation. Of course, it's been 20 years since I last picked up the book but I still remember it as it was yesterday. A young girl who becomes addicted to drugs and the fall of her life afterwards. I think all children over ten years old should read this book regardless of how people who reviewed this book here. First, it's for children and not really for adults. It will take the readers' into the mind of a young girl, Alice, and help them realize the downside of drugs which still plague the nation. This book is a winner and memorable if not because it has inspired me not to take Alice's road to self-destruction.

Quite Interesting
After not reading a single book for months, this book caught me by surprise. Go
Ask
Alice
is a book by "Anonymous", a girl who has fallen in to the trend of drugs and sex at a young age and quits several times. Finally, she does. But, the whole mystery is, is this true? How did she die? Didn't she stop her drug addiction? I don't care if this book is written by Drew Barrymore or Tom Cruise or some one, the plot was interesting and kept me going.
I really enjoyed reading about the life of this Anonymous girl. We never learned her name throughout the whole book, and her name is not Alice. Alice is a girl the author met one point in her time. The book kept me going, and had very depressing moments that would be hard to read. I recommend this book, no matter what anyone says.
