Good book if you just need some quick advice...
This is a good book if you just need some quick advice. It reads easy, and it's simple to find the section you need.
I love it
It is a gread handy book, straight to the point and simple to follow.
Practical
A good book with some practical advice, however, more topics could have been covered. Example: How to break your preschooler from picking his/her nose!
Doesn't really tell me anything I didn't already know
I bought this book based on good user reviews on Amazon with hopes that it could help me understand how to better communicate with my toddler. I pretty much read it at one sitting, found it too bulky to carry around with me, as many reviewers said they did, and really didn't learn anything I didn't already know.
I guess there comes a point that you just don't need books anymore. As a first time

got it but not using it
This was pretty "stuffy" or "formal" for me. I guess I didn't know what I was ordering. It seems like it's designed to be a quick reference guide when you're out and about with your kids on how to respond when they are acting up. That's not practical for me. Someday I will sit down and peruse it but haven't taken the time yet.
