The Baby Registry Bible

This book is a must have for any expecting parent and makes a wonderful gift. Give it the parents to be as soon as they start spreading the news. A friend passed it on to me and I give it as a gift to all of my expecting friends now. This book has easy to read parent reviews of every baby item you will need. If it's not in the book, you don't need it, and if it is in the book and you don't need, they will tell you that too. It accomodates every budget and gives honest feedback with easy to read rating systems. Definitely take it along to register for shower gifts, which is an overwhelming experience for first time parents. The authors even provide their contact information so you can give feedback on products yourself. Make sure to get the latest version, which is updated frequently, so you can find the models that are currently available in stores.

My Baby Bible

This is a must have for any parent to be! The thought of becoming a parent is overwhelming enough, add a jungle of products that you just "must have" and you're a very bad parent if you don't get them.. The Baby Bargain book will sort it out for you and ease any guilty feelings you might have.

wonderful for first time parents!

A friend of mine received this book as a baby shower gift. The gift-giver highly recommended it so seeing as I was expecting too, I bought it. Since then my husband and I have referenced the book a ton while we were registering (we took it to babies r us with us) and buying our nursery furniture. It's great for first time parents like us who can't tell the difference at first glance between all the options for things and for those who just like to read reviews before buying things! I think it is a must-have for first time parents and it makes a great shower gift!

Love this book!

As a first time mom-to-be, I was recommended this book by a ton of people. This book has been an excellent resource in helping guide me in what to register for and purchase for baby! I highly recommend this book to every mom now, too!! I am also going to get "Baby 411" by the same authors.
