YOU MUST GET ONE!

I had tried cheaper pedometers, but I would wear them all day just to find out they weren't recording my steps accurately. I stopped trying. When I read some reviews (years later) I heard that by spending a little more you could get very good pedometers that actually work! I researched and read recommendations and decided on the Omron. I only wanted a simple pedometer that would give me accurate information. This one is GREAT! You can put it in your pocket, on your purse, or clip it on your body anywhere and it records.

Since I bought this, I have lost 6 lbs (I'm only 5'3"), just by trying to get that number to read 10,000 or more steps per day!! I teach aerobics classes, so I wear it during my class (which accounts for 4-5K of my daily steps) and then I have to stay active the rest of the day to get all my steps in. It's not as easy as you would think to get the 10K per day! You need the real data to know how active/non-active you really are.

I purchased 15 more of these to give to family members and to my clients to use. They all love theirs, too! You can't go wrong by purchasing the Omron pedometer.

FAB pedometer helped me lose 30 lbs

I love this pedometer, and have the page bookmarked in case I lose the one I have. It's super consistent, and I actually use every one of its handy features. How much did I was this week? I can look back over the past 7 days and see. How much aerobic walking did I get in? That's also easy to find out. It fits nicely in my pocket, the clip is handy when I am wearing skirts--and best of all, it has helped me change my behavior in a really significant way, and as a result I have lost almost 30 lbs since last Dec.

Having seen other pedometers, I have no idea why people waste their money on them when this little gem is available and so relatively inexpensive. Just buy it!

Great Pedometer!

This is a great little pedometer. It stores up to 7 days of info in memory. Measures steps, distance, time, calories, and arobic. This is the best pedometer I've found. I had one just like it before but dropped it in water and damaged it. I tried others but they weren't the same.

Great Pedometer

This device is great. It is very accurate. As long as you input your correct weight and stride length, it will accurately calculate your distance in miles walked, your calories burned and correctly sense more intense (aerobic) steps. The seven day memory, however, only keeps track of total steps for that day.
