Great Gift!!

I was told about this author by my DAD who happened to have seen her on the Tavis Smiley show one late evening. He said that he was so enthralled with her to the point where he was considering buying her book to read more extensively about what she believed in. I went on-line to see the interview and decided to look for this book for my Dad. He is so happy with this book so I guess...it's a good book!!!

Eye Opener, Great Book

I loved this book. It's a n easy ready but a deep one. I am going to read it again and slowly go over the affirmations. I suffer with dry eyes and could not wear my contacts for days. After reading the book, I began to repeat the affirmations and found I saw blurry with my contacts. I decided to forgo one and how surprising...........I saw quite clearly. I love this book and love the messages. Keep and open mind and you will see it change your life instantly. Thanks Louise!

Excellent book for transformation

I love this book! It has truly helped me to heal and transform my life! I first read "Heal Your Body" about 15 years ago and worked with the affirmations and exercises then. Reading this new book now - I see the changes that have occurred for me over the years from using Louise's affirmations and now understand these teachings on an even deeper level.
I recommend getting the book in the larger print version though. It is possible to change your thoughts and thus change your life through affirmations and techniques like the ones offered in this book! Many Blessings!

Good information!

Although I don't agree with the author's spiritual beliefs, I was able to glean some very helpful truths and practical exercises for building self esteem and overcoming disease. Overall, I really enjoyed this book, but would caution readers about accepting the author's spiritual teachings.

Fantanstic introduction to self healing

This book is a wonderful reference guide to naturally healing your body. I plan to continue with the workbook. This is the first Louise Hay book I have read. It is very easy to read and understand. I plan on reading more books by this author.
