Quit reading reviews and read the book

All I can say that this is the most inspirational and heart warming story I have ever read. Greg Mortenson is a true hero. Stop reading all of these reviews and read the book!

Every American Needs to Read this Book

Actually, everyone in the world should read this book! It's such an amazing and inspiring story. Yes, one person can make a difference in the world. Greg Mortenson is an amazing man, and we all have something to learn from him.

One person can make a difference

Three Cups of Tea is perhaps one of the most inspirational books I have ever read. It demonstrates how one person can truly make a difference in the lives of others. I was especially impressed by Greg Mortenson's perseverance against insurmountable odds to keep a promise to people who reached out to him. What was even more moving was the way in which the needs of the children transcended the very cultural barriers that, in recent years, have become a hindrance to our reaching out to others in need. We are all children of God and we all have been gifted in ways to enable others to reach their full potential. Praise God that Greg Mortenson used his gift of compassion.

A book everyone should read

This book kept me enthralled. I wept when schools were being built, as relationships grew, and I got a real sense of the people that were growing and changing because someone cared and helped them receive an education. The struggles overcome to build schools in Pakistan/Afghanistan tells more than just a labor of love, it genuinely shows exactly how real peace grows out of acceptance and understanding. I have bought books and am giving them away. I think everyone should read this book.

Good read

A friend recommended this book, so I got it for my wife and she really likes it so far. She has not finished it yet but likes what she is reading.
