The Best PPV I Have Ever Seen

SummerSlam 98: Highway To Hell was the BEST WWF PPV I have ever seen! It had numerous memorable matches. "Stone Cold" Steve Austin vs The Undertaker was a great match. The best spot being when Undertaker jumped off the top-rope onto Austin who was outside the ring laying on a table. An Intercontinental Ladder Match between The Rock and Triple H was another great match. I would put that match right up there with the classic Razor Ramon vs Shawn Michaels ladder matches. The New Age Outlaws vs Mankind was a match that involved tables, chairs, and a whole lot more! Edge and Sable vs Marc Mero and Jacquline was a match that showedcased Edge and Sable's wrestling ability. Owen Hart vs Ken Shamrock in a Lion's Den Match was another classic with the wrestlers being surrounded by a chain-link octagon that is 8 feet tall. That match showed two of the greatest athleties the WWF has. The Oddities vs Kai En Tai was a comedy match. Jeff Jarrett vs X-Pac in a hair vs hair match was a match that was pure atleticism. Overall this is a must buy Pay-Per-View. It is better then any WCW PPV I have ever seen!!

One of the best pay per views ever. The only boring match was D'lo Brown vs. Val Venis. The Oddites had a funny match and everything else was great. Buy this video because you'll regret not having it when they don't sell it anymore.

Highway To Hell

WWF SummerSlam 1998 came from New York's Madison Square Garden. Anytime the WWF is at MSG, you know that the show is going to rock. The main event for the WWF Title pitted WWF Champion-Stone Cold Steve Austin against Challenger-The Undertaker. The WWF Intercontinental Title goes up for the grabs in a ladder match between Champion-The Rock and Challenger-HHH. The WWF Tag Team Titles are on the line in a "No Holds Barred/Falls Count Anywhere" match. The Champions-Mankind and Kane(who no-shows) take on former champs the New Age Outlaws. Kane is nowhere to be found until the end of the match when he mysteriously appears to lay out Mankind with a sledgehammer! D-Lo Brown defends the WWF European Title against Val Venis in a great one on one match-up. Sable's mystery partner winds up being Edge and they put on a great mixed tag team match with Marvelous Marc Mero and Jacqueline. In a Lion's Den match, Ken Shamrock tries to get revenge on Owen Hart with Dan "The Beast" Severn at ringside. It's "Hair vs. Hair" as X-Pac takes on "Double J" Jeff Jarrett. Also included is a live performance by the Insane Clown Posse as they introduce a handicap match between the Oddities and Kaientai.
