Jennifer Weiner is an amazing author

Jennifer Weiner is an amazing author. I enjoyed this book so much that I bought it for my best friend. This is a must read. Cannie is a brilliant character, along with everyone else in the book. HBO was in talks to do a show based on this character. Jennifer Weiner says on her blog that eventually she plans on continuing this story and I look forward to see what Cannie is up to in the future.

Glorious!

This is one of my all time favorite books! It grabs you from the first page and holds you throughout the entire story. I absolutely love this book and have recommended it to several people and they all agree with me. Its fabulous!

Good book, but a little depressing.

Good in Bed was a great book. I enjoyed reading it, and actually finished it in one sitting. The main character, Cannie, is very likable. Nevertheless I gave the book four stars because it is a very sad book. There are very funny moments, but the book is very moving and sad as it recounts Cannie's troubled year after "taking a break" from her boyfriend. I didn't find it to be predictable. I wouldn't consider it a beach read either since it is not as light hearted as expected.

It is well written, and very moving.

Who can't identify with Cannie?

OUCH! To be a plus-size woman is hard enough, but to have your ex write about your love life in a magazine column is ridiculous! Cannie is a very real, witty and sympathetic character. Good in Bed goes beyond your average beach-read, although it is a quick easy book to devour.
