All of the series are great...
I've become a regular fan of "Stephanie Plum" series. Evanovich is a fabulous writer. I've read this one and the previous 13 books in this series. I'm looking forward to the 15th I think is coming in June or July. Lots of humor about the character's family...her ...
Quicksand
Iris Johansen
St. Martin's Press, 2008
A ruthless killer, a love triangle, and the search for Bonnie!!
WOW, I finished reading this in 3-4 days and and am still having thoughts in my head about what could of happened differently and what may happen next in Iris Johansens next book. This book had it all from non stop excitement to the return of characters from the ...

Fantastic tool to drive transformational change
Kotter did a fantastic job translating his proven change management process into a format that leaders can understand and use. Through his powerful fable, Kotter tells the story about the phases of leading change and helps us anticipate the roadblocks along the ...
Love the One You're With
Emily Giffin
St. Martin's Press, 2008
Not her best, but still very good
I've now read all of Emily Giffin's books and, while this one wasn't my favorite (not quite up there with the fabulous Baby Proof), it's still very good and certainly much better than most books out there. I found the characters to be extremely relatable and felt the ...
Married Lovers
Jackie Collins
St. Martin's Press, 2008
A Smashing Good Time!
There is a subtle shift of style in 'Married Lovers' compared to Collins' latest work. In this, her soon to be 26th bestseller, Jackie Collins weaves a tale of murder, sex and decadence akin to her 1980's zenith 'Hollywood Wives' that is absolutely terrific. Ever the ...
A Wolf at the Table: A Memoir of My Father
Augusten Burroughs
St. Martin's Press, 2008
Totally believable.
One of the best books I have ever read. The story is fast-paced and heart-breaking. It is totally believable to me because I grew up in a home with one alcoholic parent and another who did nothing to protect us. I recommend this book to everyone. If you had a ...
The Mystery Method: How to Get Beautiful Women Into Bed
Mystery
,
Lovedrop
St. Martin's Press, 2007
A must read
I have met Mystery. By the way he has not made a dime off this book. It should also be noted that his former business manager is making all the money off this and not Mystery. Mystery is no longer at themysterymethod.com either. Sad but this happens too often.
Plum Lucky (A Between-the-Numbers Novel)
Janet Evanovich
St. Martin's Press, 2008
Lucky to have read this book!
I loved this book. This book was even more fun than the previous between the numbers book. It was very funny and it was great having Connie and Grandma along on Stephanie's adventure. It was a quick read, but was lots of fun.

4.5 stars
This is.... duh.... the thirteenth book in the Stephanie Plum series. Or actually, the 15th, if you include the two between-the-numbers books. This time, Stephanie's ex, lawyer Dickie Orr, goes missing, not long after Stephanie fought with him while planting a bug ...

In the Bleak Midwinter

Simply splendid
Great characters, interesting setting, suspenseful and gripping. This is the first of 3 or 4 novels featuring these very human, very appealing people. I hope to see more of them!
