The Field Updated Ed: The Quest for the Secret Force of the Universe Lynne McTaggart

Beyond expectations It isn't very often a book or an author has an opportunity to change lives and yet Lynne has provoked her readers to embrace a new way of living in this world. It is beyond The Secret, it is about being aware of your thoughts and taking the positive action to correct ...

Black Order: A Sigma Novel (Sigma Force Novels) James Rollins
Harper, 2007
awesome book this was my first james rollins novel, and it was hard to put it down. it would make a good script for a holywood sci-fi movie-- with all the actions and somewhat cheesy humors. thumbs up from me. i will definitely seek out more of this author's other books.

Predictably Irrational: The Hidden Forces That Shape Our Decisions Dan Ariely
HarperCollins, 2008
One of the best books non-fiction released in 2008 One of the most eye-opening books I have read in a long time. This easy-to-read and digest book is a nice introduction to behavioural economics. It follows some threads that were in Freakonomics, which was good, too, but I like this one even better.

Invincible (Star Wars: Legacy of the Force, Book 9) Troy Denning
Del Rey, 2008
Legacy Finale I need to start with a confession-a bad Star Wars book is better than none! I liked all 9 books but feel the whole story could have been said in 5 volumes. Jacen's slow transition into sithdom and all his "feelings" dragged on a little too long. I did not like how ...

The Last Oracle: A Novel (Sigma Force) James Rollins
William Morrow, 2008
I Loved This Book This was a great, gripping book. If you love James Rollin, you will love this story. The return characters are likable and lovable as always. The concept and research he did was excellent. The storyline is interesting and the action scenes are fast paced. I cannot ...

Energy Medicine Donna Eden
Tarcher, 1999
Energy Medicine Clearly Explained This is more than a book to read - it's a thorough and carefully outlined textbook on a subject that I already knew a bit about -- but didn't realize how valuable the program Donna Eden explains could actually be to my health! Her knowledge of how the body's subtle ...

Power vs. Force: The Hidden Determinants of Human Behavior David R. Hawkins
Hay House, 2002
Profound Yet Flawed This is a very good book and the core of it is valuable and amazing, however there are some flaws in the kinesiological method and results, and some annoying generalizations 'metal music makes one go weak' without saying what specific music was being tested. When doing ...

Lone Survivor: The Eyewitness Account of Operation Redwing and the Lost Heroes of SEAL Team 10 Marcus Luttrell
Back Bay Books, 2008
A book about true heroism I have read many books on or about the Navy Seals, some better than others. Quite often I don't finish the books as they are poorly written or just get plain boring. This is by far the best Seal book ever written. In fact I put this up with "Marine Sniper: 93 ...

A MUST READ! I disagree with the negative reviews. This was a GREAT book!!! You could really feel the love between Rowdy and Kelly. I couldn't put the book down. I read it in just a few hours. YOU MUST read this book before Nauti Nights!! The sex scenes were very erotic. Rowdy is a ...

Sacrifice (Star Wars: Legacy of the Force, Book 5) Karen Traviss
Del Rey, 2008
Legacy of the force 5:Sacrifice Overall, I think the book was great, it tells about Jacen's ultimate turn to the dark side. However the making of Jacen's sacrifice could have been more spectacular, that's why I give this book 4/5 stars.
