I bought it in size XL and even so it's still quite small on me. The cotton is thick and it seems to be well enough made, but it doesn't feel super-comfy to wear. Wouldn't ever have bought it had it not been on sale.

I just read another review on this hoodie, but it was in a gold color. Mine was black, XL and it does have full body thermal lined, including sleeves and hood, thermal camo pattern. No fleece lining. Maybe different colors have different styles?? I paid $9 each.
